The Tri Lakes Property Owners Association has served its community since 1974, focusing on protecting the quality of our lakes. Now, the association is preparing to update its bylaws to better reflect its mission and membership. These proposed bylaw amendments aim to include all watershed property owners, not just those with lakefront properties, and to modernize the association’s structure and processes. Property owners are encouraged to review these changes carefully before voting.

How members can participate

The membership will vote on the proposed bylaw amendments and the transformation of the association into a nonprofit organization. Voting will take place by email or during the annual meeting on June 20. Property owners should:

  • Review the full markup document showing all changes.

  • Consider how the updates support the association’s mission.

  • Submit their vote by email if unable to attend the meeting.

This is a critical moment for the association’s future. Every member’s voice matters in shaping how the community protects the lakes for years to come.
